IATI Support, an extension of the standards website, is now open for business. If you have any question about publishing or using IATI-formatted data this is the place to be. Here you can also suggest improvements to the standards and new ideas for analysing and visualising IATI data.
Sign up and once you confirm your registration you will be able to post queries, track progress with outstanding queries, comment on the advice and ideas in the Knowledge Base and post new topics for discussion.
Alternatively you can send an email to support@iatistandard.org which will automatically open a ticket on our help desk.
Or you can view all the content in the Knowledge Base without having to register.
The Knowledge Base is a repository of news, queries, ideas and discussions which supplements the manuals that can be found on the main Standards site. Please bear with us (and assist us) as we develop the content. Whenever we have satisfactorily answered a question through the ticketing system we will extract the salient information and post it in the Knowledge Base so that others will benefit from your query.
You may also post new ideas or points for query or discussion in the forums. You need to be signed up and logged in to do this.
You can ask a question of the support team either by logging in on this site and going to "SUBMIT A REQUEST", or by sending an email to support@iatistandard.org. You will receive a confirmation email and a ticket number which you can use to track progress or chase us for clarification.
