Bill Anderson The registry XML standard is intended to capture the metadata associated with an IATI activity file.
It should be included in the header of an IATI XML file and does not need to be uploaded to the registry separately.
The IATI registry will eventually be able to auto-populate metadata elements for registry records based on the registry XML in activity file headers.
