In this sample file (attached as IATI.rdl), you could find how to:

- Read master data from IATI (in that case: http://iatistandard.org/downloads/iaticodes_en_standard.xml)

- Use that master data as a parameter to load DFID Activities as a table

In order to run the report, you need either to save it on a MS Report Server, OR to install MS Report Builder (free and bundled with Sql Server Express Edition from Microsoft web site: http://www.microsoft.com/express/Database/InstallOptions.aspx)

I will try (soon) to video capture how to build it and post it as well.
