activity-date element - more options for the type attribute

activity-dates could benefit from having more options for the type attribute:

  • signed date
  • commitment date
  • contract date

    So this a code list change, and looks good - more suggestions for terms on the codelist should be returned to us soon.

    The opinion of the TAG secretariat is that adding more date types could possibly weaken users' ability to find data and there is much to be said for maintaining the current simplicity of start and end dates - perhaps with clearer explanations of how these dates can be used. It was agreed that this should go out to more formal consultation before any changes are made.
