Background
Some reporting organisations publish the contracts that have been awarded to contractors for individual projects.
These are important documents for transparency as they help to explain the grounds on which individual projects are awarded to some contractors rather than others.

Problems
The <document-link> category codelist (http://iatistandard.org/codelists/document_category) does not include an option for contracts (at the activity level). There is only “A06 - summary information about contract”, rather than the contract itself.

Proposal
    Add a new category code for contract documents at the activity level
