Addition of XM-OCHA

Dear IATI support

Could you please add XM-OCHA to the your list of Organisation Registration
Agencies? FTS is a secondary publisher of information, and we have our
own set of unique ID's for many organisations. In order to upgrade our
output to v2.0, we would need to be able to reuse our own organisation
codes.

    Follow up from Sean:

     

    FTS sits within OCHA, but rather than creating an organisation for FTS, I thought it would be better to have XM-OCHA. Then as per the new organisation identifier rules, we would have XM-OCHA-FTS12345 for FTS organisations. In future when there is a more standardised reference list of organisations from OCHA, then we can drop the FTS portion.
