Correct typos in Non-Embedded Codelists

  1. Insert the correct URL (http://iatistandard.org/201/) next to '2.01 in the Version codelist.
  2. Remove duplicate entries from File Formate codelist.

  3. Insert missing comma in "88 States Ex-Yugoslavia[,] unspecified" in the Region codelist.

    Changes to: http://iatistandard.org/201/upgrades/

    Rename from 'Upgrades' to 'Changes'. Create a new category of changes: 'Fixes' (for issues which are not likely to have a material effect on usage - assuming that they are following good coding practices)

    This issue would be part of the automatic issues, although in practice following the 7 day process will not cause issues.

    Observation - the link to the Zendesk ticket leads to a page that requires authorisation.

    Thanks Steven - that was an oversight on my part. As the tickets don't offer much additional information, I've removed the links.
