We have been advised by a French INGO that they have a valid registration number as provided by the National Institute of Statistics and Economic Studies (and held on the SIRENE database). Therefore in light of this  information I propose that the following is added to the Organisation Registration Agency Codelist

Code: FR-INSEE

Description: The National Institute of Statistics and Economic Studies provide a registration service for companies and associations with details being held on the SIRENE database
