Version 2.01 - Iteration 1 - 3. Language Neutral Codelists

This is part of the formal proposal that makes up the first iteration of the Version 2.01 Upgrade process.

The following codelists are being redrafted in their entirety to replace English language codes with language neutral (numeric codes). Unless otherwise stated, the only changes being made are to the code values.

Change name to SectorVocabulary
[Changed from sector-vocabulary on 06-06-2014 to be consistent with standard]

Can we use "SectorVocabulary" instead of "sector-vocabulary" to be consistent with the CamelCase of all other codelist names?
